Costs: Out-of-pocket costs without mark-up include: <br />¨ Lexis (only if used for Eagan matters) <br />¨ postage of 50¢ or more <br />¨ photocopies at 20¢ per page <br />¨ color copies at 40¢ per page <br />¨ court related costs, including court filing fees, expert witnesses (with prior consent of City), <br />subpoenas, service of process, and court reporter fees <br />¨ conflict attorneys’ fees and costs. <br />44
