Regardless of the <br />method of restoration, you will have to provide the watering <br />necessary to accomplish satisfactory results. <br />Also be advised that if it is your wish to resolve these <br />matters independent of each other, I would be willing to draft an <br />agreement to the satisfaction of you the City regarding the <br />restoration of your property. <br />Sincerely, <br />John R.
