4. Hardcover in the 0-75' setback zone shall not increase <br />above the 1,965 square feet (7.6%) approved with this <br />resolution, as indicated on the site plan attached hereto as <br />Exhibit B. Applicants are advised that any future proposals <br />to Increase hardcover in the 0-75' zone will not be <br />approved, but might be approved only in conjunction with <br />concurrent removals of equivalent eunounts of hardcover in <br />the 0—75' zone, resulting in no 0—75' hardcover increase. <br />5. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the <br />property not with the applicants, but are permissive only <br />and must be exercised by application for a building permit <br />within one year of the date of Council approval, or the <br />special conditions of this resolution will expire on that <br />date (November 13, 1990). <br />6. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this resolution shall constitute a violation <br />of the zoning code, shall automatically terminate any <br />*vthorlty granted herein, and shall be punishable as a <br />misdemeanor. <br />7. The undersigned applicants have read, understood and <br />hereby agree to the terms of this resolution and on behalf <br />of themselves, their heirs, successors and assigns, hereby <br />agree to the recording of this resolution in the chain of <br />title of the property. <br />„ .
