Council voted 3-2 to <br />conceptually deny the Pembertons' request for setback and <br />hardcover variances. Council directed staff to draft a <br />resolution for denial. The applicants have requested tabling of <br />final action on their application pending further consideration <br />of their options. <br />Motion: Moved by seconded by___ _ ___, to table application <br />#1452 Walter and Marilyn Pemberton, 1720 Shadywood Road, at the <br />request of the applicants.
