� o� <br /> 0 0 <br /> CITY of ORONO <br /> � ; � <br /> ti <br /> ��� �G~' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> `�kE3II�4 NO. � � , � <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br /> NO PARHING ON OLD CRYSTAL BAY ROAD <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal organization under the laws of the State of <br /> Minnesota; and the Municipal Corporation shall hereinafter be called the"City", <br /> WHEREAS, City Code Section 66-78 governs parking within the city, <br /> WHEREAS, S.A.P. 152-102-015 from County State Aid Highway 112 (CSAH 112)to <br /> County State Aid Highway 6 (CSAH 6) in the City of Orono, Minnesota. <br /> WHEREAS, the City, has planned the improvement of Old Crystal Bay Road from <br /> CSAH 112 to CSAH 6 in the City of Orono, Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City will be expending Municipal State Aid Funds on the improvements <br /> of this Street; and <br /> WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on either <br /> side of the street; and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street <br /> project must therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED That the City shall ban the <br /> parking of motor vehicles on both sides of Old Crystal Bay Road between CSAH 112 and CSAH <br /> 6 at all times. <br /> Adopted by the Orono City Council at a regular Council meeting held on March 14, 2011. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> t �c�.z,��_ c �J�.�� �. ` . <br /> Rachel Dodge, Deputy City Clerk Lili McMillan, Mayor <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
