�O� <br /> , O O <br /> � � <br /> C ITY of ORONO <br /> ti <br /> ��� �G~' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �kESTrIOg' NO. _,_;�� <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF A <br /> LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISES PERMIT FOR THE <br /> NORTHWEST TONKA LIONS ,INC. <br /> TO CONDUCT LAWFUL GAMBLING AT NAVARRE LANES <br /> LOCATED AT 3435 SHORELINE DRIVE <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to Minnesota Sta.tute 349.213,a lawfiil gambling organization <br /> is required to obta.in approval from the city council of the statutory city in which the organization's <br /> premises is located; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Gambling Control Boazd will not issue a premises permit if the city <br /> has not passed a resolution; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 349.165, the premises permit runs <br /> concurrently on a perpetual basis with the license of the organization. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that the Orono City Council hereby <br /> approves the perpetual premises permit for the Northwest Tonka Lions, Inc. to conduct lawful <br /> gambling at Navarre Lanes, 3435 Shoreline Drive, Orono, Minnesota. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting <br /> held on the 14h day of Mazch, 2011. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> � - � C�� ,� •� . <br /> ��'+ ;� .
