� o� <br /> 0 0 <br /> CITY of ORONO <br /> ,� .,. �, <br /> ti <br /> ��ti� �G'�' RESOLUTION OF TF�E�I�IG,COUNCIL <br /> L <br /> `�kEsBo� No. <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br /> RPUD MASTER DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL <br /> FOR KRAUS-ANDERSON REALTY COMPANY <br /> FOR ORONO SENIOR HOUSING <br /> PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT NO. 7 <br /> FI LE #11-3498 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono (hereinafter the "City") is a municipal <br /> corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> � <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City <br /> Council") has adopted land development regulations for the orderly, economic and safe <br /> development of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, Kraus-Anderson Realty Company (hereinafter the <br /> "Developer") has an interest in the property at 875 Wayzata Boulevard West, legally <br /> described in Exhibit A attached hereto (hereinafter the "Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application by the <br /> Developer for rezoning of the Property to RPUD - Residential Planned Unit <br /> Development as well as development of the Property by the Planned Unit Development <br /> (PUD) process; an� <br /> WHEREAS, on July 12, 2010 the City Council adopted Resolution No. <br /> 5948 granting General Concept Plan Approval for the proposed development, which <br /> includes the following elements: <br /> 1. Rezoning of the Property from RR-1 B Single Family Rural Residential District to <br /> RPUD Residential Planned Unit Development District; <br /> 2. Construction of a single, two-story, 55-unit senior assisted living facility, a private <br /> � road, and a parking lot; and <br /> WHEREAS, on March 28, 2011 the City Council accepted a change from <br /> the conditions of Resolution No. 5948 to allow construction of a single, two-story, 62- <br /> unit senior housing assisted living facility which is 7 more units than originally approved; <br /> and <br /> Page 1 <br />
