� O� � O O � �, CITY of aRONO ti �'�� G~ RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL `�kEsHo�`' No. _ 6��- A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION�NO. 5648 FILE NO. 07-3300 WHEREAS, on August 13, 2fl07 the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota adopted Resolution No. 5648 entitled "A Resolution Granting Subdivision of a Lot. Line Rearrangement for Properties Located at 290 & 315 Woodhill Roac� - File No. 07-3300"; and WHEREAS, Condition 2 of Resolution �10. 5648 states, "The aforesaid division shown on the attached Certificate of Survey sha11 be filed by the City of Orono with the Hennepin County Registrar of Titles Office on or before January 13, 2008 together with a certified copy of this resolution."; and 1 WHEREAS, Condition 4 of Resolution No. 5648 states, "The approval granted by this resolution sha11 expire if the division and combination has not been filed by the date �pecified above. In that event, it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono for subdivision review."; and WIiEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the Conditions of Resolution No. 5648 to allow additional time for filing of the Resolution and Certificate of Survey with Hennepin County. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orono, that Condition 2 of Resolution No. 564$ is hereby amended to read as follows: "The aforesaid division shown on the attached Certificate of Survey shall be filed with the Hennepin County Registrar of Titles Office on or before December 31, 2011 together with a certified copy of this resolution." FITRTHER �E IT RESOLVED that all other findings, conditions and declarations of Resolution No. 5648 shall remain in effect. Adopted by the Orono City Council on the 13�' day of June, 2011.
