The City has applied ^or Federal Grant Monies to install <br />sewer ior specific areas, including Crystal Bay, Stubbs Bay/Westlake Street, and <br />Stubbs Bay NE, These are historically developed areas with substantially less <br />than the minimum 2-acre lot size and have a potential ^or septic system failures <br />which couldn't be repaired adequately on-site. However it may be years before <br />sewers actually go in. WHAT STEFS SHOULV I FOLLOW? <br />1. Hire a so^l/site evaluator to do the necessary testing and design a system <br />for your needs. If testing is not required, you may skip this step. <br />2. Submit the design for approval by the City. <br />3. Once design is approved, have one or more licensed contractors bid on <br />the approved design. <br />4.
