�O� <br /> � Q O <br /> � ; � <br /> CITY of ORONO <br /> ti <br /> ti <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��`9kESSO4'�G No. 6 0 5 7 <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION OF THE <br /> PRELIMINARY APPROVAL <br /> OF A CLASS III SUBDIVISION FOR <br /> PROPERTY LOCATED AT 60 STUBBS BAY ROAD SOUTH <br /> FILE NO. 08-3355 <br /> WHEREAS, Clement Kroll and Wixmifred Kroll, husband and wife, ("the <br /> Owners") are the Owners of property legally described as Lot 1, Block 2, Betz Addition, <br /> Hennepin County, Minnesota("the Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, at their regular meeting held on July 14, 2008 the Orono City <br /> Council adopted Resolution No. 5723 granting preliminary plat approval for a four lot <br /> subdivision of the Property; and <br /> WHEREAS, at their regular meeting held on June 22, 2009 the Orono City <br /> ( Council adopted Resolution No. 5847 granting an extension of the preliminary plat <br /> ' approval for a four lot subdivision of the Property under the application number 09-3413; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, at their regular meeting held on June 28, 2010 the Orono City <br /> Council adopted Resolution No. 5942 granting an extension of the preliminary plat <br /> approval for a four lot subdivision of the Property under the original 08-3355 application <br /> number; and <br /> WIiEREAS, the Owners have requested an .additional extension of the <br /> preliminary plat approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, there have been no changes to the zoning or subdivision regulations <br /> that would affect the proposed subdivision since July 14, 2008. <br /> NOW, TIiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br /> Orono hereby extends until July 14, 2012, the preliminary plat approval granted by <br /> Resolution No. 5753 per preliminary plat drawings by Mark Gronberg dated March 14, <br /> 2008. All other findings, requirements and conditions of Resolution No. 5753 remain in <br /> effect. <br /> t <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
