�o� <br /> � o 0 <br /> CITY of ORONO <br /> � � <br /> ti <br /> �� G~ RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> t`9kE8iI�g'� NO. c n 7 Q- <br /> A RESOLUTION <br /> GRANTING A VARIANCE TO <br /> MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br /> SECTION 78-1279(6) <br /> FILE NO. 11-3522 <br /> WHEREAS,Nancy R. Bigos, a single person (hereinafter "the ApplicanY') is the <br /> owner of the property located at 3350 Fox Street within the City of Orono (hereinafter the <br /> "City") and legally described as follows: Lot 4, Block 1, Fullerton Estates, Hennepin County, <br /> Minnesota(hereinafter the "Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicant has made application to the City of Orono for a <br /> variance to Orono Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-1279(6) to allow construction of an <br /> � addition to the existing home partially ahead of the average lakeshore setback; and <br /> WHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with <br /> Minnesota Statutes and the Orono, Minnesota, City Code, the Orono Planning Commission held <br /> a public hearing on August 15, 2011 at which times all persons desiring to be heard concerning <br /> this application were given the opporiunity to speak thereon. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File 11-3522. <br /> 2. The property is located in the LR-lA One Family Lakeshore Residential Zoning <br /> District which requires a minimum lot area of 2.0 acres and a minimum lot width <br /> of 200'. <br /> 3. The Planning Commission reviewed this application at a public hearing held on <br /> August 15, 2011 and recommended approval of the variance based on the <br /> following findings: <br /> � a.
