�_ _ <br /> � O� <br /> ��� O � O CITY of ORONO <br /> � <br /> � �► RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �� ' ��� No. 6 0 9 1 <br /> ��kESH�4'� <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE <br /> SUPERVISORY/ADMINISTRATIVE SALARY SCHEDULE <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Supervisory/Administrative salary schedule to <br /> reflect the addition of a position to the Non-Union Supervisory/Administrative Employee <br /> Compensation Plan Position/Point Groupings for 2011; and <br /> WHEREAS,based on current service needs of the City, the position of Public Works <br /> Director—City Engineer should be approved and added to the Non-Union <br /> Supervisory/Administrative salary schedule at Level 8. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the Orono City Council as follows: <br /> ( 1.
