ilL-. <br />fr.A <br />Z172 3VALUATI01! aEPCH'i? <br />LACaUI R33D paOPSP-OT <br />oaoiio, MIini3S0TA <br />9-9-81 <br />On August 29# 1901 percolation testing was done and soil bor­ <br />ings taken on each of the 3 proposed lots on the above property* <^oo <br />1 was tested for both a prinary alternate site with 6 percolation <br />holes tested and 3 soil borings* Lot 2 i/hich contains the nain house <br />was testod only for an alternate site shoiild the present systea ever <br />fail and thus 2 percolation holes v;ere tested and 1 soil boring ta­ <br />ken* Lot 3 was tested for a pzdmary site for the existing guest house <br />near the lake since the present system is non-oonfoming and thus I), <br />percolation holes were tested and 2 soil borings taken* <br />All areas tested yielded fast percolation rates and had no high <br />water table problem and would be acceptable f:jr standard dralnfleld <br />systems* Lot 2 tras tested north of the main hoxise and a little east <br />of the present tanks and dralnfleld ax*ea* However# should this area <br />ever be used# a pump and pumping tank would be reo.uired to serve the <br />hic^r lying new dralnfleld area* <br />Lot 1 should have no problems and probably could be served by <br />gravity flow depending on the exact location and elevation of a <br />future new house thez*e* <br />^Hie dralnfleld area for the guest house on lot 3 has a very <br />fast percolation rate and thus a smaller dralnfloid area will bo <br />required.
