No other uses will be permitted for Outlots B <br /> and C. Other uses shall not be allowed except by amenclment of this PUD <br /> ajreement. <br /> S. Site Access. The only residentiat access to adjoinin; public streets shall be onto Kelley <br /> Parkway, except that fiiture development �vithin Outlot H shall be allowed one shared <br /> drivervay access onto Willow Drive. Access driveway locations shall be as sha�vn on the <br /> approved site plan, Eshibit A. A right-in/right-out access from Willow Drive to Outlot <br /> A may be used to access the parking area for the tennporary sales trailer until such tirne <br /> that the trailer is moved onto the residential portion of the property. Future long-term <br /> access to Outlot A from Willow Drive shall be determined at the time Outlflt A is <br /> develaped. Future access to Outlot D shall be solely from Kelley Parkway. No direct <br /> access from Outlots A and D sl�all be allowed to Highway 12. Internal circulation for the <br /> Property shall be via private driveways, sidewalks and parking areas within the defined. <br /> common areas. <br /> 6. Buildina Desi�n and Constniction. All residential buildings on the Property shall be <br /> constnicted according to final plans which shall first be certified by the Planning Director <br /> as being in conformity with the approved plans attached as Eahibi# G to ensure <br /> compliance with the architectural standards of the RPUD District. Fina1 decisians by the <br /> Developer regarding colors, types and qualities of building materials shall be subject #�s <br /> City staff approval to confirm their conformity with the approved sample eolors, #ypes <br /> and qualities documented by reference in Exhibit G. <br /> Construction of all buildings shall be in conformance with the building codes and <br /> regulations adopted by the City of Orono. Any substantiai changes to the gross square <br /> footage, footprint/walUroof dimensions or defined building heights shall requi.re a prior <br /> amendment to this Agreement.
