Final decisions by the Developer regarding colors, types and qualities of <br /> building materials shall be subject to City staff approval to confirm their conformity with the approved <br /> sample colors, types and qualities documented by reference in Exhibit G." <br /> In reviewing Exhibit G and in comparison of your proposed plans for 763/765 Boulder Drive with the other rambler <br /> townhomes already constructed in Stonebay, there are two items which appear to be not in conformity with the <br /> approved plans: <br /> 1) Lack of a horizontal band in the siding that delineates floor levels; and <br /> 2) Lack of stone veneer wrapping along portions of the entry and garage areas. <br /> Attached find annotated plans depicting the revisions needed.
