Peterson asked <br />whether the Planning Commission would be invited to the upcoming <br />meeting regarding Stubbs Bay sewer. <br />CounciImember Goetten asked City Attorney Barrett if the <br />City could legally ask residents to sign a waiver of appeal? <br />Barrett replied that the City could proceed in such a <br />manner. <br />Acting Mayor Callahan believed that the next step for the <br />City is to have another meeting and suggested bringing this <br />matter back in December for consideration of a meeting date. <br />It was moved by Acting Mayor Callahan, seconded by <br />CounciImember Nettles, to bring this matter back for <br />consideration at the December 11, 1989 Council meeting.
