Stubbs Bay Memo Dated 12/1/89 <br />ISSUE - Updated information regarding proposed meeting to be held <br />on Stubb's Bay sewer. <br />INTRODUCTION - At the Council’s December 11, 1989, Council <br />meeting they established January 30th as a possible date for a <br />Stubb's Bay sewer meeting. <br />DISCUSSION - The staff has contacted the school, where the <br />previous meeting was held, and they have indicated that the most <br />usable space, the theater, is available for that date. <br />If you desire this to be rescheduled please indicate at the <br />meeting. If acceptable a notice will be sent to the property <br />owners within the next 10 days. <br />ALTERNATIVES - <br />1. Select a new date. <br />2. Select a different location. <br />3. Table for further discussion. <br />4. Take no action. <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that it be scheduled at the <br />Orono School Theater at 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, January 30, 1990. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by _, seconded by _, that the Council <br />reschedule the Stubb's Bay sewer meeting for January 30, 1990, at <br />7:00 P.M. at the High School Theater.
