Motion, Ayes-3, Nays-0, Motion <br />passed. <br />SEWER INTERCEPTOR <br />RESOLUTION #2757* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Goetten, seconded by <br />Councilmember Nettles, to adopt Resolution #2757, directing the <br />City Engineer to prepare a feasibility study relating to the <br />location of a main/gravity sewer line south on Old Crystal Bay <br />Road from the Burlington Northern Railroad tracks to the <br />Metropolitan Waste Control Commission pump station at 1000 Old <br />Crystal Bay Road. It is additionally approved to include the <br />costs of the feasibility study into the project costs if a <br />project is ordered. Motion, Ayes-3, Nays-0, Motion passed. <br />MAYOR/COUNCIL REPORT: <br />Mayor Crabek indicated that he had nothing to report this <br />evening. <br />Councilmember Goetten informed those in attendance that <br />there will be a meeting of all candidates for Governor and <br />Legislators on Saturday, February 24, at the Art Center. <br />Councilmember Nettles said that he had been talking with a <br />Councilmember for the City of Minneapolis regarding the change in <br />well regulations. The Councilmember, (Joan Campbell) had <br />indicated that they were taking the same approach that had been <br />suggested by the Orono Council. <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br />STUBBS BAY SEWER MEETING <br />City Administrator Bernhardson said that a meeting had been <br />held on January 31st regarding this matter. The general <br />consensus of the property owners attending that meeting was that <br />they would like to see the project proceed, but had cost <br />concerns.
