Box 66Crystal Bay, MN 55323Re: Residential Subdivision4300 Bayside RoadDear Ms. Mabusth: <br />In conjunction with the Parten application for a proposed <br />three lot residential subdivision of a property located at <br />4300 Bayside Road, I submit the following information. <br />If blacJctooping of the north-south access road from Highway <br />84 is being considered, the following information may be <br />pertinent. <br />1) The blue quarter-section map which I have tends to <br />indicate that that road is 0n part on our property. <br />(Our property abuts that road on the east and north of <br />Highway 84.) I visited briefly on this with Mr. <br />Gronberg, and he indicated that he thought it appeared <br />that way also. <br />2) When that access road was put in, it was raised above <br />elevation so that drainage on the extreme southwest <br />corner of our property was restricted so that there <br />appears to be about a third of an acre which has now <br />become inadequately drained and uncroppable, <br />particularly in wet years. <br />3) If a culvert would properly drain that corner before the <br />blacktopping, it obviously would make that partial acre <br />more usable again. <br />If a telephone or other visit on any of the above is <br />appropriate, I will be most pleased to be available. <br />Very truly yours.
