He has <br />indicated‘a desire to address the Council and it has been <br />indicated he could do so during public comments* This letter has <br />been oreoared in advance of his appearance* <br />His anolication was recommended for approval with the road by the <br />Planning Commission at its 1/16/90 meeting and is expected will <br />be presented to the Council for their consideration at its <br />2/12/90 meeting.
