Direct applicant to revise his standard plat proposal to <br />include a 50' road corridor along only a portion of the <br />length of the east property line for internal traffic <br />circulation purposes, and not necessarily for the provision <br />of future road connections to Watertown Road. <br />7. Council could request that applicant revise the proposal <br />to a PRD in order that future concerns about ability to gain <br />a future third lot are eliminated. <br />/
