CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO 6 51 ", <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br />LAKEVIEW <br />FILE #15-3723 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br />under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") <br />has adopted subdivision and land development regulations for the orderly, economic and safe <br />development of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, on August 20, 2014 Source Land Capital, LLC (hereinafter the <br />"Developer") submitted an application for approval of a Preliminary Plat and Planned Residential <br />Development for property located at 405 North Arm Drive in the City of Orono and legally <br />described in Exhibit A (attached); and <br />WHEREAS, the Orono PIanning Commission held a public hearings on the <br />proposed subdivision on September 15, 2014 and again on October 20, 2014 and voted 7 in favor, <br />0 against to recommend approval of the Preliminary Plat and PRD zoning; and <br />WHEREAS, the Orono City Council reviewed the application at meetings on <br />October 27, 2014 and November 24, 2014, and on December 8, 2014 granted approval for <br />Preliminary Plat and Planned Residential Development Overlay per the findings and conditions of <br />Resolution No. 6474; and <br />WHEREAS, the Developer has agreed to comply with all conditions of Resolution <br />No. 6474 and has completed or has agreed to complete all other requirements of the platting <br />regulations of the City including: <br />1. Completion of all platting requirements and conditions of Preliminary Plat Resolution No. <br />6474. <br />2. Dedication on the plat of perimeter Drainage and Utility Easements as required in <br />Resolution No. 6474. <br />Page 1 of 5 <br />
