The model numbers and <br />capacities as per schedule. The furnace cabinet shall be <br />heavy gauge cold rolled steel. Provide gas piping and elec <br />trical inlets on both sides of cabinet. The return air from <br />either side or furnace bottom. The design of heat exchanger <br />shall be free from fatigue failure, ticking, reasonance and <br />cleanability problems. Provide automatic gas controls and <br />Powerlite pilot ignition system. <br />The burner shall result in clean and quiet combustion. The <br />ignition shall be capable of carrying a positive flame from <br />burner to burner to achieve quiet and sure ignition. <br />The units shall have quiet variable speed direct drive blowers <br />capable of handling external static pressures indicated in <br />the equipment schedule on plans. The assembly shall be dy <br />namically and statically balanced. Motor shall be resilient <br />mounted. <br />Each furnace shall be provided with xutomatic Heat Saver vent <br />damper assembly complete with damper actuator (24V), vent <br />pipe collar with vent damper and round to oval transition <br />fittings. The damper actuator shall be electrically inter <br />locked with the gas ignition system. The vent damper opens <br />fully before the spark ignition is energized and the gas <br />valve opens. The damper shall be AGA design certified. <br />S-11, DUCT FURNACE <br />Provide high-efficiency gas-fired unit heaters a manufactured <br />by ITT Reznor. They shall be designed for a fuel use improve <br />ment of 25% through the use of a factory-installed power venter, <br />sealed vent product collection chamber, and an intermittent <br />spark-ignited pilot as standard equipment. Each EEDU series <br />unit shall be equipped for use with natural gas and 120-1- <br />60 power supply. The heat exchanger, burner and drip pan <br />shall be made of E-3 409 stainless steel. This unit is to <br />include 24-volt control transformer, 2-stage heating gas valve <br />15780-4
