Outdoor air duct, return air duct and mixed air ductwork. <br />2. Before and after each coil. <br />PART 2 - PRODUCTS <br />POOL ROOM DEHUMIDIFIER AND WATER HEATER AHU-11 <br />Furnish and install where shown on plans a Dry-O-Tron Model <br />DS-35 unit manufactured by Dectron, Inc, complete with‘filter <br />rack with filters, dehumidifier coils, pool water heater coils, <br />whirlpool water heater coil, well water condenser coil, manual <br />air adjustment damper and a complete built-in control panel. <br />The unit shall be capable of indoor installation. <br />The unit enclosure shall be satin-coated 14 gauge steel with <br />baked enamel finish. The dehumidifying compartment shall <br />be insulated with 1/2" thick fiberglass duct liner. Provide <br />access doors on both sides of coil and compressor sections. <br />The access doors shall have sight glass for observing refri­ <br />gerant liquid and moisture indicator. The blower shall be <br />v-belt driven, belt drive service factor of 1.2. The drain <br />pan under dehumidifying coil shall be ABS plastic, removable <br />and cleanable. The pan shall have 1-1/2" diameter drain <br />connection with deep p-trap. The unit water piping shall <br />be union fitting, suitable for copper tubing solder connectic* <br />The refrigerant (R-22) and water piping shall be vinyl coatea. <br />the unit shall have refrigerant access valves located outside <br />of air flow with protective access cover. The unit will <br />be provided with pressure guages to indicate condensing <br />presure and suction pressure. <br />The fan shall be double inlet forward curve centrifugal type, <br />dynamically and statically balanced and tested; mounted on <br />properly sized solid shaft coated with silicone; galvanized <br />steel, wheel and galvanized ste<*l casing with enamel finish. <br />The fan bearings shall be grease lubricated, self-aligned <br />ball bearings 200,000 hours average life. <br />Fan motor shall be 208 volts, 3 phase, 60 hz, open drip- <br />proof, mounted on adjustable base, U.L. listed and have <br />Class B insulation. Provide variable pitch belt sheave. <br />The compressor shall be hermetic reciprocating type, suction <br />gas coated suitable for 208 volts, 3 phase, 60 cycles electric <br />15780-2 <br />■yf —
