Hangers <br />shall be of proper strength and placed on correct centers <br />to support the lines with no sagging. (See Schedule below) <br />Any additional steel members required to run the pipes or <br />where additional steel members required to run the pipes <br />or where indicated on the drawings shall be furnished. All <br />supports shall be of the materials needed to match service <br />temperature. <br />C.Groups of three or four lines may be supported on trapeze <br />type hangers in a neat evenly spaced manner. Where any <br />piping over groups of three are run along walls they shall <br />be racked vertically on side wall to allow maximum clearance <br />space. <br />D.Pare hangers and supports may be secured to bar joists or <br />ct'irrete planks using toggle bolts, expansion bolts, impact <br />tyf« fasteners or through bolts, as conditions require. <br />E.All hanger inserts for concrete floors shall be set in place <br />before pouring of the floors. No drilling for fastening <br />inserts is permitted without x-raying the slab for cable <br />location. The placement of fasteners in respect to ten­ <br />sions, cables or reinforcing rods shall comply with the re­ <br />quirements of the structural engineer.
