Bernhardson, City Administrator <br />DATE: February 9, 1990 <br />SUBJ: Telephone Contract Addendum <br />Attachments: <br />A) Addendum #1 Telephone Contract <br />Issue <br />Determine if Council will authorize an adjustment to the <br />telephone contract. <br />Introduction <br />During preparation for the new phone system, it was suggested by <br />Teri Naab that the system would be more functional by having the <br />same programming on each phone. This would be accomplished by <br />converting the four 8 button phones to 12 button phones at a <br />total cost of $500.00. <br />An additional adjustment would be $32.00 for the overtime cost to <br />commence installation of the system prior to working hours. This <br />would Insure that all incoming calls during business hours are <br />answered while the new system is installed. <br />This increase would still place it below the next lowest overall <br />quote. <br />Proposed Motion <br />Moved by ______, seconded by _______that the Council <br />authorizes the addition of Addendum #1 to the telephone contract <br />with Telephone Specialists.
