The <br />permit for the sand blanket that abuts the lower retaining wall, the rip <br />wrap work and the first 10 feet of the blanket lakeward of the rip wrap <br />was received in November, 1985. A permit for the blanket that is about <br />20* X 20* and extends lakeward of the original blanket was issued by the <br />ONR November 30, 1989 - permit No. 90-6067. <br />Sincerely,u <br />Charles W.
