Council voted 3 in favor, 2 <br />against, for conceptually denial of variances for the proposed <br />greenhouse addition. Additionally, Council directed staff to <br />draft a resolution for such denial, while incorporating language <br />for approval of the conditional use permit and variance for <br />grading and retaining walls in the 0-75' zone. It is anticipated <br />that this work will ultimately be necessary to preserve the <br />lakeshore bank, whether or not the greenhouse is constructed. <br />The applicants have requested that this application be <br />tabled in order that they may further consider their options. <br />Moved by _ _, Seconded by _ _, to table application #1468 <br />George & Sally Pillsbury, 1300 Bracketts Point Road, at the <br />applicants' request.
