EXCERPT: LMCD Resolution No. 62 <br />5.For special events licenses, the fee required pursuant <br />to Code Section 3.09, Subd. 2, shall be $50 for ®3ch <br />event or $100 for a single application for multiple <br />events of the same type, and the deposit shall be 5100. <br />Applications for open water fishing contests submitted <br />after December 1 of the year preceding the event and <br />other applications submitted less than 60 days prior to <br />the scheduled date of the special event shall be ac­ <br />companied by a fee of $100 for each event or $200 in <br />the case of a single application for multiple events of <br />the same type plus a deposit of $100. <br />For registration of watercraft for hire, the fee re­ <br />quired pusuant to Code Section 3.07, Subd.^v2jShall be <br />$50^ Renewal applications submitted ^fter of the <br />license year must be accompanied by an additional late <br />fee of $50. <br />Adopted by the Lake Minnetonka Conservation District Board <br />of Directors this day of 1988.
