I <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING LMCD CODE SECTION <br />3.09, SUED. 5 RELATING TO LATE APPLICATION <br />CHARGES FOR OPEN WATER FISHING CONTESTS <br />The Board of Directors of the Lake Minnetonka Conservation District <br />ordains that LMCD Code Section 3.09, Subdivision 5 is amended to read as follows: <br />Subd. 5. Special Requirements for Open Water Fishing Contests. The <br />following special requirements shall apply to open water fishing contests. <br />(•;, A Special Event Permit for open water fishing contests is required <br />only for contests in which (1) there are 19 or more participating boats; or (2) there <br />is an entry fee of more than $10; or (3) there is more than $2,000 in prizes. <br />(b) Renewal applications submitted [after December 1 of the preceding <br />year] later than 90 days before the scheduled event shall be accompanied by a late <br />fee as prescribed by R^olution of the Board. <br />(c) The District may require additional information or stipulate further <br />conditions in uccordance with the Fishing Contest Policy Guidelines adopted by <br />Resolution of the Board. <br />This enactment is in effect from and after its passage and publication in <br />accordance with the enabling act of the District. It is enacted by a majority vote <br />of all the members of the Board and has the effect of an ordinance. <br />1990. <br />Adopted by the LMCD Board of Directors this day of <br />David H.
