Motion, <br />Ayes»4, Nays*>0, Motion passed. <br />NAYOR/COUNCIL REPORT: <br />There was no report from the Mayor or CounciImembers. <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br />CITY PACILITIES <br />City Administrator Bernhardson said that he was presenting <br />information regarding cost infcrmation at $80.00 per square foot <br />for the city facility and at $48.00 per square foot for the <br />public works. Bernhardson said that Ehlers and Associates was <br />asked to layout the financing options and that information is <br />also being presented. Bernhardson said that it would be helpful <br />if the schematic phase of this project could begin with the <br />architect. The cost to initiate thif. phase will be approximately <br />$22,000.00 which will be offset from the architectural fees <br />quoted. Bernhardson said that the schematics would be especially <br />helpful in determining the amount of space needed, including <br />expansion room. Bernhardson said that the information presented <br />also sets out the various decisions and issues that will need to <br />be addressed as the process continues. <br />Mayor Grabek said that it was a good idea to keep moving <br />forward. <br />Councilmember Goetten thought that the $80.00 and $48.00 per <br />square foot indicated was high. Goetten said that she was <br />concerned about the escalating cost of this project and the lack
