Re said that the applicants have submitted <br />proof of insurance as requested by the Planning Commission, but <br />coverage is unclear. Bernhardson suggested that approval be <br />conditioned on proof of insurance being satisfactory. <br />Mr. Prass said that he did not understand what question the <br />City had regarding liability. <br />Bernhardson said that the binder indicated that coverage is <br />in effect for a vacant lot, but if there are any buildings on the <br />property, a special insurance would be required. Bernhardson <br />said that the pump house and the pool may both constitute <br />buildings. <br />Councilmember Goetten asked Mr. Prass if he had a time in <br />mind for rebuilding? <br />Mr. Prass understood that he had one year to file for a <br />building permit. <br />Goetten asked if that was his Intent? <br />Mr. Prass said it was.
