CITY OF SHOREVIEW <br />ORDINANCE NO. 523 <br />CTCO\(\i^AJCX.U-ll-SrJ <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 904.070 TO THE SHOREVIEW <br />MUNICIPAL CODS RELATING TO THE SALE OF CIGARETTES <br />THE CITY COUNCIL ORDAINS AS AN ADDITION TO THE SHOREVIEW <br />MUNICIPAL CODE: <br />Section 904.070 is’hereby added to the Municipal Code of the <br />City of Shoreview to read as follows: <br />904.070. Vending Machines. When a vending machine is used <br />to sell or otherwise distribute cigarettes, the vending <br />machine shall not be located in an area that pe.*mits <br />unrestricted access to the vending machine by a person who <br />is under the age of 18 years.
