¥ <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF LONG LAKE <br />Notice Is hereby qlven that <br />will hold a Public Hearing on T^esNayi <br />►ng Lake Planning ComMisslon <br />January 19f 1990 at 6:00 <br />p~m~ at City Hall, 1964 Park Avenue,''as requested by Richard <br />Martin to construct a Golf Dome Air Structure at 2445, 2455, and <br />2465 West Industrial Blvd. to consider variances to the <br />following Sections of the Long Lake Zoning Code: <br />Section 16 subd. 4 5, requires a 35 ft. front yard set back, and a <br />12 ft. variance is needed to allow for only a 23 ft. setback. <br />Section 16 subd. 5 a, allows for a maximum height of 35 feet, and a <br />55 ft. variance is needed because the structure is 90 ft. high. <br />Section 20 subd. 8 r requires 456 parking spaces, and a variance of <br />350 parking spaces is needed because there are only 106 spaces. <br />K Conditional Use permit will also be applied for in accordance with <br />Ordinance No. 202, to determine if this a substantially similar Use. <br />All interested parties will be heard at this time. <br />LuVerne Hanson <br />Long Lake City Clerk <br />• t-r I T I r t-4 .-r «-4 r ■« • 'S* f T T >1 t — M r
