This right of deferment is automatically* terminated in <br />collection 1995 or upon the occurrence of ary one or more of the <br />following conditioner whichever may occur fir:t: <br />1. The owner dies and the spouse is not otherwise <br />eligible^ <br />2. The property or any part hereof is soldr <br />transferred, or subdivided; <br />3. The property should lose its homestead status; or <br />4.
