Stubbs Bay Area Resident <br />January 16, 1990 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />3. Potential Rezoning <br />The Stubbs Bay area is currently zoned 2 acre <br />residential. The City has not rezoned any of the areas <br />that were zoned to 2 acre in 1975, and it is not <br />anticipated this one will. <br />4. Level of Participation <br />In order for a project to proceed, there would have to <br />be a level of support for the project which would <br />probably require the signing of an assessment appeal <br />waiver by at least a large majority of the property <br />owners. <br />5. Next Meeting Date <br />The next meeting will be January 30, 1990 at 7:00 p.m. <br />at the Orono High School Auditorium (theater).
