� O� <br /> O �a� � _ O CITY of ORONO <br /> ��� , <br /> � � �% °�-'�+�. �► RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ` Ycs✓/ C <br /> �� �' ":��' ��,�~ No. 6 1 4 1 <br /> �kESH04 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> A SUBDIVISION OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT <br /> FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED AT <br /> AND ADJACENT TO 1700 FOX STREET <br /> FILE NO. 12-3553 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") has adopted <br /> subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Craigbank Holdings, LLC (hereinafter "Craigbank") is the owner of <br /> the property located at 1700 Fox Street within the City of Orono (hereinafter "City") and legally <br /> described as follows: <br /> Exhibit A (attached) (hereinafter"the South Parcel"); and <br /> WHEREAS, Longridge Associates (hereinafter "Longridge") is the owner of the <br /> property within the City located directly north of the South Parcel and legally described as <br /> follows: <br /> Outlot A, MACMILLAN ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota <br /> (hereinafter"the North Parcel"); and <br /> WHEREAS, Craigbank and Longridge have jointly submitted an application for a <br /> lot line rearrangement involving the South Parcel and the North Parcel which would relocate the <br /> lot boundary line between the properties; and <br /> WHEREAS, after due published and mailed notice in accordance with Minnesota <br /> Statutes 462.358 et. seq. and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono <br /> Planning Commission held a public hearing on the lot line rearrangement on April 16, 2012 at <br /> which time all persons desiring to be heard concerning this application were given the <br /> opportunity to speak thereon; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Orono City Council reviewed the proposed lot line <br /> rearrangement at a regular meeting held on May 14, 2012 and makes the following findings with <br /> regards to the proposed lot line rearrangement: <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
