Dedication on the plat of perimeter Drainage and Utility Easements as required in <br /> Resolution No. 5716. <br /> 3. Platting of a private road outlot 50 feet in width designated on the plat as Outlot A for the <br /> existing road known as High Lane, and granting to the City of a Road,Drainage and Utility <br /> Easement as well as establishing covenants for maintenance of said private road. <br /> 4. Establishment of a Conservation Easement for protection of existing woods and steep <br /> slopes at the southwestern corner of the Property. <br /> 5. Provision to the City of evidence that Lot 1 shall be subject to the provisions of the Graham <br /> Hill Homeowners Association with respect to use and maintenance of Graham Hill Road <br /> for access. <br /> 6. Provision to the City of a title opinion for the Property and certified copies of all recorded <br /> easements currently affecting the Property. <br /> 7. Payment of Park Dedication Fee for Lot 1 in the amount of$5,550.00. 1� <br /> ����. <br /> 8. Payment of Storm Water and Drainage Trunk Fee in the amount of$2 14.20. � C��"�t� <br /> � <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that based on the findings of <br /> Resolution No. 5716, the City Council of the City of Orono does hereby approve the plat of <br /> GRAHAM HILL PRESERVE 2ND ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota (a copy of which <br /> is attached as Exhibit A) subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Development within GRAHAM HILL PRESERVE 2ND ADDITION is subject to the <br /> Conclusions, Orders and Conditions enumerated within Preliminary Plat Resolution No. <br /> 5716. <br /> 2. The approvals granted in this Resolution shall become effective only when all conditions <br /> of approval requiring actions by the Owners have been satisfied. <br /> 3. The City Clerk shall release the plat documents for filing only upon certification by the City <br /> Attorney, Planning & Zoning Coordinator and City Engineer that all requirements of the <br /> platting regulations have been satisfied. <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
