Completion of the requirements for Class I subdivision approval as enumerated in <br /> Municipal Code Chapter 82. <br /> 2. Granting of Permanent Easement for Public Drainage and Utility Purposes located 5' either <br /> side of the new lot line. <br /> 3. Granting of Permanent Flowage and Conservation Easement and Restrictive Covenant for <br /> Wetland and Wetland Buffer in relation to wetlands on the Property. <br /> 4. Granting of Permanent Easement for Public Trail Purposes along the northwesterly 10 feet <br /> of the Property abutting McCulley Road. <br /> 5. Granting of Permanent Tree Stand and Native Grassland Preservation and Conservation <br /> Easement in relation to existing trees and grasslands on the Property. <br /> 6. Establishment of Restrictive Covenants for Protection of Sewage Treatment Sites. <br /> 7. Payment of Park Dedication Fee for Proposed Tract A in the amount of$5,550.00. <br /> 8. Payment of Storm Water and Drainage Trunk Fee for the property in the amount of <br /> $13,433.00. <br /> 9. Establishment of Escrow for invasive species removal,tree mitigation, tree protection and <br /> wetland protection and mitigation, in the amount of$18,000.00. <br /> 10. Provision to the City of a title opinion for the Property and certified copies of all recorded <br /> easements currently affecting the Property. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br /> Orono does hereby approve the subdivision of Lot 1, Block 1, FOXFYRE ESTATES, Hennepin <br /> Count��, Minnesota as depicted on the Certificate of Survey by Paul Schoborg dated March 25, <br /> 2012, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit A, and per the legal descriptions attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit B, subject to the following conditions: <br /> Page 2 of 4 <br />
