A perpetual and permanent nonexclusive easement for drainage and stormwater <br />maintenance purposes in, on, over, under, across, and through that certain portion of the Property <br />that is legally described as set forth on Exhibit A, and is graphically depicted on Exhibit B (the <br />“Easement Area”).
