Hemp Flower and Hemp-Derived Cannabinoid Product Checklist 6 <br />Question Yes No Comments Additional Information <br />• A certificate of analysis showing that under the <br />decarboxylation formula that delta-9 would exceed <br />the 0.3% threshold would also indicate the flower is <br />cannabis and not hemp and therefore being sold <br />illegally. <br />Product Compliance – On-Site Consumption <br />If the business offers on-site <br />consumption, do they serve the <br />edible or beverage in its original <br />packaging? <br /> The business may not pour out or remove an edible from its <br />original packaging. <br />If the business offers on-site <br />consumption, do they mix a <br />cannabis-infused beverage with <br />alcohol? <br /> The business may not mix cannabis-infused products with <br />alcohol. <br />If the business offers on-site <br />consumption, do they permit <br />customers to remove from the <br />premises products which have <br />been removed from their original <br />packaging? <br /> Products which have been removed from their original <br />packaging cannot be removed from the premises by the <br />customer. <br /> <br />NOTE: If a person suspects that a hemp-derived cannabinoid product is being sold in violation of Minnesota law, they can use the complaint <br />form at Submitting Hemp-Derived Cannabinoid Product Complaints (www.health.state.mn.us/people/cannabis/edibles/complaints.html). <br />43
