OJS'DECLARATION OF COVENANTS % <br />THIS DECLARATION OF COVENANTS is made this day <br />1. <br />2. <br />^ 1991< by and between THE CITY OF ORONO« a <br />municipal corporation COrono-). and THE CITY OF LONG lake, a <br />municipal corporation ("Long Lake"). <br />RECITALS <br />Long Lake is the fee owner of certain real property that <br />ia leoally described on Exhibit A attached hereto (the <br />•Property*). The Property is currently within the <br />t*. 1* the intent of Long Lake and Orono to bind the <br />JwHS^to ceiJ.ill aoninS restric?ions and conditions, to allow <br />the^intended development of the Property by Long Lake and in <br />settlement of a dispute between Long Lake and Orono as <br />annexation of the Property. <br />HOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the , <br />other good and valuable consideration, the ^ <br />hereby^acknowledged, Long Lake and Orono agree as follows. <br />These covenants are the mutual agreement <br />parties and may be enforced by the City of Orono by <br />injunction, without reference to monetary damages. <br />Ho permanent, temporary, or informal <br />pedestrian access shall be permitted to Orono Oaks <br />Drive from the Fleming Trail Addition. <br />Construction on each lot shall be <br />limited to 15% of lot coverage.
