A copy <br />of the draft covenant will be sent to the Planning Conunission for <br />comments to be reviewed at your December 9th meeting. Upon final <br />review and comment of covenants by the City of Orono, the final <br />draft will be sent to the City of Long Lake for their amendment <br />and additions. <br />Staff will prepare a resolution for your January 13th <br />meeting directing staff to submit the proposed ccnnprehensive plan <br />asMndnent to the Metropolitan Council. As originally advised, it <br />was the Cxty*s plan to include the sewering of the Long Lake <br />property with Comprehensive Plan Amendment No. 3. The final plat <br />resolution and conditional use permit for PRD will be prepared as <br />soon as all required submittals are received from the City of <br />Long Lake. <br />The City Engineer will comment on the preliminary grading <br />and drainage planr submitted to staff for comment on December 5, <br />1991.
