If the later is what <br />they are asking, we would be definitely opposed to such a ruling by the council <br />because if tax money is assuming the financial responsibilities of this street, <br />^hen as a taxpayer, we want access of this street. <br />Wo further believe that the traffic relief this street gives county road #51 is <br />essential and it further enhances the ability of fire and police, and emergency <br />units faster response time to those citizens on that street. <br />This is a community and the community has no obligation to pay for or allowing <br />any segment of that coninxinity to isolate themselves. <br />‘ctfully Yours, <br />Virgil H.
