Bayside Road, felt that there was a relatively small <br />number of properties which are creating a general preoccupation <br />with the sewer system. <br />Gaffron noted that there are two levels of problems, the <br />being those systems which are failing or about to fail, and the <br />second being properties too small to «l]ow for a future <br />conforming system should the existing system fail. <br />Blanch felt that they did not have enough information on the <br />need.
