The new language principally addresses the <br />issue of penalities for late payment. <br />1. Interest penalty for late payment <br />2. Termination for late payment. <br />I have attached copies of the proposed 1992 Police and Fire <br />service contracts with the new language underlined. It is <br />staff's recommendation that the Council approve *’-^e contracts as <br />proposed. <br />. . j
