NOV 6 <br />Myrtice Warnes <br />1025 Loma Linda Avenue <br />Mound, MN 55364 <br />November 6th, 1991 <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />I wish to make known that the property now owned by Ralph <br />and Ruth Knox was first purchased by my father, Oscar F. <br />Dahl, on May 29, 1909 (Book 661 of Deeds, Page 497) ; and was <br />subseguently deeded to me, Myrtice Seeger the daughter of <br />Oscar F. Dahl, on June 30, 1951 (Book 627 of Misc., Page <br />320) . <br />To the best of my recollection, representatives of the <br />Village of Orono in the fall of 1955 told me they needed 10 <br />feet of my property along my east property line to add to <br />land already acquired by the county. <br />The reason given me for the use of this land was to develop <br />^ proposed road to be named Clara Avenue.
