The comprehensive land use application consists <br />of a preliminary subdivision/comprehensive plan amendment (Application <br />#1691) and a conditional use permit for a Planned Residential Development <br />(Application #1702). <br />The City of Long Lake's application for a Planned Residential <br />Development is scheduled for review before the Planning Commission at their <br />November 18, 1991 meeting scheduled for a 7:00 p.m. review. The <br />application will be then scheduled before the Council at their November 25, <br />1991 meeting.
