Mabusth: <br />At the recommendation of the Orono Staff, Planning Commission and City <br />Council, we are resubmitting this project as a request for a PRO. There also <br />have been minor changes made to the street and lot configurati'-'n. <br />The following information is given in response to the questi^ons of which we <br />are aware: <br />SETBACKS: <br />50' setback from the coiaoon property lines with the lots in Orono Oaks <br />10* sideyard setbacks <br />35' front yard setbacks except for Lot 1. Block 1 <br />30' setback from Long Lake Creek <br />25' front yard setback on Lot 1, Block 1 <br />DRAINAGE: <br />.‘t is proposed to have the storm sewer system outlet into a sediment pond <br />location between Lots 11 and 12, Block 2. This pond will then outlet into <br />either Long Lake Creek or the large existing pond. This complies wxth the <br />policies of the MCWD for quantity and quality control. It is subject to <br />their final approval. <br />BUILDING ENVELOPES: <br />There are two lots with which you had concern. Let 1, BLock 1 and Lot ) <br />Block 2. On Lot 1, Block 1. there is an envelope of about 5,000 ♦ square <br />feet. Using the 947.3 contour, the 30’ setback from Long Lake Creek, the <br />wetland boundary £ind a 25' setback from Orono Orchard Road.
