Council voted 5 to 0 to grant <br />conceptual prelisiinary subdivision approval for this 3 lot plat, <br />granting a variance to allow construction of a private driveway <br />rather than a private road in Outlot A to serve the two new <br />building lots. Council further allowed the existing house <br />driveway to be maintained at its current location rather than <br />relocated to Outlot A, until future subdivision occurs. <br />The implicant was required to submit a partial grading plan <br />for stafz/engineer review. A copy of that plan has been <br />submitted and forwarded to the City Engineer for comment <br />Staff Reoammendatloo <br />Staff recommends granting of preliminary plat approval per <br />the attached resolution. <br />Isv
